What is Halo?
Halo is a health technology company. We build devices that follow your body closely (sleep, activity, heart and recovery) and turn that data into something simple to understand every day. Today the lineup has two products: the Halo Ring, a smart ring, and the Halo Band, a smart band.
What is the difference between the Halo Ring and the Halo Band?
Both track sleep, activity, heart rate variability and much more, with the same precision, and use the same app. The difference is how you prefer to wear it. The Halo Ring is discreet and disappears on your hand, for those who want to track without feeling like they are wearing anything. The Halo Band sits on your wrist, with a battery life of 15 to 25 days and continuous readings, for those who already wear a band as part of their daily routine.
Do I need a subscription to use the app?
No. The Halo app is free with no monthly fee. You buy the device once and get access to all your data, with no subscription.
Is data from both devices in the same app?
Yes. Halo Ring and Halo Band use the same Halo app. All your sleep, activity and recovery metrics are together in one place.
How do I track my health data?
Everything syncs automatically with the Halo app on your phone. There you can see heart rate, sleep, activity, stress and more, with 0 to 100 scores you can read at a glance, without noise. The app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Halo devices are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. You can also add the Extended Warranty, with 12 months of protection.
