How do I find the right size for my Halo Ring?

Measure the circumference of your finger and choose the right size, or match it to our calibration tool.

Which finger should I wear the Halo Ring on?

We recommend the index, middle or ring finger, preferably on your non-dominant hand. That said, the Halo Ring performs consistently on any of them. Choose the finger that feels most comfortable.

How do I track my health data?
